I am planning a family trip to Japan covering the southern part - Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and then move up north towards Sapporo. This will be the second time we are going to Japan. Last trip was managed by our dear friend and I have little involvement in planning that trip. His itineraries can be found here: http://sallihinjapan.blogspot.my. So this one will be a big one for our family as we are travelling by ourselves. Below are list of attractions in our first plan.
This time we will arrive at Haneda (HND) airport and leave from Chitose (CTS) airport.
High level plan is to cover these places:
- Tokyo - Disneyland/Disney Sea, Akihabara, Tsukiji Market, Asakusa
- Kyoto - Traditional Village - Samurai Museum
- Nara Park - Deer city
- Osaka - Universal Studio
- Mt Fuji - To get better view of Mt. Fuji. We've been to the lake and now it is to get a view from the other side :). i.e. from Five Fuji Lakes
- Hokkaido - Hakodate, Chitose (Royce Choc world!..Yummy), and possibly Rera Chitose Outlet
- Ski park
